2. Service Description

GameHost provides game server hosting services for various games, including but not limited to Minecraft, CS2, and Palworld.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all our services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or game updates.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hosting content that infringes on intellectual property rights, distributes malware, or violates any applicable laws.

You are responsible for ensuring that your server content complies with the terms of service of the respective game publishers.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds after this period are at our discretion.

Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Late or failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.

5. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your service at any time for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, you will have 7 days to download your server data before it is permanently deleted.

No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from violations of our terms of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

GameHost is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GameHost operates.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
